DR. ASH PURIRI

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Dr. Puriri holds a world first PhD that broke the chains of Western grounded business research for indigenous development, by implementing Kaupapa Māori research methodology to develop a distinctive cultural frameworks and paradigms. These are constructed to define and identify levels of cultural sensitivities and values, as solutions for indigenous business to develop through indigenous business methods. Dr. Puriri’s signature statement is that, "... underpinning indigenous values, cultural epistemologies are some of the key attributes that separate Māori & indigenous businesses from Western capitalistic models." Dr. Puriri is a fluent speaker of 4 different languages and has over 35 years of International business experience, with Government and industry leadership globally.

Renata Kahuroa

Renata Kahuroa New Zealand & Australia Institute of Chartered Accountants and Hails A Ngati Kahungunu me Rongomai-Wāhine and Ngati Tā Manuhiri Bachelor of Management Studies, MBA and holds a Public Practice Accountant Certificate. Renata specialises in accounting and financial modelling, planning, and cash flow management.

Dr. Robert Joseph

Dr. Robert Joseph completed his Bachelor and Master of Laws degrees at Waikato and was admitted to the Bar in 1998. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and completed a PhD in Law in 2006. For Te Mana, Dr. Joseph provides integral legal advice and specialises in New Zealand Governance and legislative requirements.

Dr. Hauiti Hakopa

Dr Hauiti Hakopa specialises in modern GIS mapping technology to enhance this process waahi tapu, waahi tipu (sacred|cultural/ heritage| ancestral sites), oral narratives (moteatea, korereo purakau and whakapapa (genealogies) embedded in ancestral landscapes.
